We use Armscor approved armour plate computer guided laser cutting is employed to ensure low heat generation, virtually eliminating heat affected areas.

The method of installation ensures that there is no structural damage on the base vehicle. The entire armour kit is recyclable and may be removed should you wish to sell the vehicle and install it in another similar vehicle.

Once armoured, the vehicle still conforms to all safety and axle loading requirements. The added weight of the module does not exceed vehicle manufactures axle limits and payload reduction is minimal. The armour module mass varies according to vehicle type and the level of protection required. As a guide, AK47 ball protection kits vary between 250kg and 400kg.
